The director (Prabh) and his secretary (Sam) seem friendly at first. They don’t respond to calls, avoided calls for weeks when trying to get information, the director Prabh hasn’t replied to my emails asking for costs going forward. They haven’t replied to emails when iv asked questions and Samantha demanded payment in advance for all work. They say they will re-do your previous accountants work but their accountant (Mark) admitted he had only copied the previous work, terrible service! I would not recommend or use again
