Investing in a hydraulic self levelling system is a fairly significant commitment so it pays to do your research before selecting an installer. Based on the many glowing reviews I chose to go with Rosmia, and I wasn't disappointed! I’m absolutely delighted with the E&P system, and very impressed with the friendly, efficient and thoroughly professional approach of everyone I’ve dealt with at Rosmia from initial enquiry 6 months ago through to handover last week. The installation was completed a day ahead of schedule allowing me to avoid the worst of the M25 bank holiday madness, and the demonstration, handover and subsequent follow up was thorough and comprehensive. I therefore have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Rosmia to anyone considering installing an E&P levelling system. They're also very nice people!

Rosmia fitted VB air suspension on our campervan in 2018. It had been excellent for over five years, then a fault developed when we were on the far west coast of Ireland. Rosmia advised us for our 500 mile trip home and had placed on order the replacement parts before we had left Ireland. The day these parts arrived from VB in the Netherlands Rosmia commenced fitting. They also verified there was no further consequential damage. I recommend Rosmia.

After months of deliberation and many, many conversations with Helen we took the plunge and had the E&P levellers fitted. Although we have only used them once they have already proved a great addition with simple levelling and a rock solid base when moving around in the motorhome. From our initial contact with Helen at Rosmia the service has been 1st class including the installation and comprehensive handover. Firstly - Rosmia's customer service. In my opinion it doesn't get any better. This is my second E&P Levelling system. They serviced and maintained the first and have just fitted a new system to our replacement caravan. Helen's attention to attending to our needs was 1st class. I had added some complications to the process which were accommodated without any fuss. Matt's attention to detail was also 1st class, especially when I had a query after taking delivery. If you're going to spend this sort of money, then do it here and enjoy the experience. Secondly - if you have reservations about investing in the E&P Levelling system as I did before buying the first system, then 'bite the bullet' as I'm sure you'll find it worth every penny! No more balancing a twin axle van on a trolley jack to fit the 2 x Alko wheel locks which are now required for insurance cover. When replacing our caravan recently, the cost of the new system was an integral part of the cost to change. Excellent product, excellent service.

Rosmia recently fitted an E&P levelling system to our small Bailey caravan. The whole experience from start to finish was professional and attentive and their customer service faultless.
