A lovely place to stop off for a pizza and really cider. Nicely decorated and cosy. Allows dogs inside and out. Lovely outside seating when the weather is nice but also nice inside with cosy table layouts. Pizzas are fantastic, with a good selection of toppings, some that are out of the norm. Has a good selection of real ciders too.

We've been here a couple of times now. We called in for hot chocolate the first time, it was delicious. The second time, we both had a pizza and cider. Both were really tasty and the special strupe waffle brownie was epic!

I spent today here working off my laptop. Which meant I got to try out lunch, hot and cold drinks, all of which were delicious, this is a real find in Sussex’s countryside with delightful 5 star service as the cherry on top. Not one to drive past!

This place is located in a beautiful area, out of the way of the main road. The service and atmosphere is amazing, I didn't even mind waiting 30 minutes for our pizzas to arrive. A nice size selection of ciders, a good idea of tasters they have of the ciders, the glasses are a nice size. Dogs are welcome and there were plenty of them, which we didn't mind, all very well behaved. Only downfall was the picnic benches we sat on, gave us a numb bottom after a while. We would definitely go back. Very good value for money. Amazing pizza and delicious cider!

The pizza was excellent and the drink was very good — unfortunately, that is where the positives ended. Upon arrival, we waited to be seated, which was perfectly reasonable as there were a few parties ahead of us. However, when it came to ordering, we found ourselves repeatedly overlooked. Despite several staff members walking past, we eventually had to call someone over to take our order. During this time, I observed two separate tables leave after waiting between 10–15 minutes without being acknowledged by any member of staff. On one occasion, I even handed a table our menus as it was clear they had not yet been attended to. This was particularly surprising given that I counted approximately 12 staff on the floor, the majority of whom appeared to be present but not actively engaging with customers. It is disappointing that such a promising establishment has been let down by the lack of attentive service. Having worked in hospitality consultancy, it is clear to me that there are several areas where operational standards could be significantly improved and until this happens I will not be returning.

Been meaning to visit here for ages and wasn't disappointed. Stunning venue, impressive line up of drinks and a tasty, varied pizza menu, made fresh to order. Kids and dogs welcome. Love a great cider at anytime of year and will be returning and recommending.

21st June 2025. Update. Up to today pretty much a 5* BUT as is often the way it has got so busy they can't cope with demand. We (6) waited nearly 2 hours for food!! No warning or even something to snack on while we waited. Our impression was that they were to busy to care and why should they? They'll get plenty of other customers. Originally....

Popped in here on the way to a friend's birthday in neighbouring Haywards Heath. It's a little bit out of the way - probably need a designated driver! - but it was such a lovely place. A great selection of ciders, one they make themselves, plus lots from other cider makers around the country, some great low/non alcoholic drink - including a 1.2% cider, and what looked (and smelt like) incredible pizzas. We had a garlic bread to share between 2 of us and it was bloody lovely! Lots of seating, including quite a few outside, imagine it'll be lovely in the sunshine, sadly rainy when we visited. Overall highly recommend if you're local, although maybe get a taxi ordered!

I heard about this place because a friend of mine works here, and it was as lovely as I expected. It has a really lovely atmosphere, with beautiful views of the orchard and sheep. The cider was lovely, I tried my friends Rhubarb cider, which was lovely, and the blackcurrant cider was sweet and tart. It almost tasted like alcoholic squash. The number 9 was nice. It tasted like prosecco to me. Additionally, the pizza was amazing! I had the Okavango with extra olives, and it was fantastic! The pizza crust was lovely, and the toppings were great. My friend loved the pepperoni. The staff were amazing, shout out to the amazing Lydia the Roddinator, make 'er owner! Give 'er a raise!

Delicious pizza and cider! Book a table online as it does get busy. Wasn't really understanding the table number situation on the tables as we were asked for one but we were sitting outside and there was no number on our table. Nevertheless, food came out hot and quick. The garlic bread pizza was to die for. We'll be back.
